Elizabeth Campbell is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Cencora, Inc. A member of the enterprise leadership team, Elizabeth is committed to meeting the complex and global legal and regulatory needs of the business, building trusted relationships with customers and partners, creating a resilient global enterprise, and ensuring Cencora’s culture is grounded in ethics and integrity. She is responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk functions within the business, as well as global public affairs, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and real estate. She also serves as the primary legal advisor for senior management and the board of directors. 

With more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, Elizabeth joined Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) in 2010 and has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, including Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President, overseeing the legal teams that support all businesses, corporate functions, and litigation within the company. Previously, Elizabeth worked in private practice at a large law firm in its Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices. 

Since joining the company, Elizabeth has made a significant impact on the strength and resilience of the business as it continues to grow in both complexity and global reach. With deep expertise in litigation, she represented the company through the decade-long opioid litigation, resulting in a precedent-setting, industry-wide settlement. She has also led critical work around Cencora’s business resilience and business continuity program, including working with teams across the enterprise to enhance preparedness planning and business resilience capabilities.

Elizabeth also serves as Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Impact Network, a group dedicated to empowering women within the company to advance their personal and professional skills and sits on the board of The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia.

Elizabeth earned her juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
