With extensive knowledge of pharmacy and the 340B industry, Lisa brings value to customers and works toward creating healthier futures. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Industry Relations at a software company focused on revenue intelligence and 340B compliance solutions. She also held roles as the former Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at a leading trade association for 340B. During her tenure, she expanded the association’s membership, guided strategy, and helped influence legislative policy to affect program change and be a voice for 340B. A passionate healthcare thought leader, Lisa's career path started in retail pharmacy and transitioned to health system pharmacy operations and Federal Government experience. Lisa is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and actively mentors the next generation of healthcare leaders as a registered preceptor for pharmacists and graduate dissertation advisor
Jeanna Shim, PharmD, MBA, 340B ACE
Orphan Drug and Product Access Specialist
As a registered pharmacist, Jeanna’s experience includes pharmacy hospital operations and 340B compliance program development. She has held various management positions in health care systems prior to joining AmerisourceBergen. Dr. Shim is a 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) and currently manages the Orphan Drug Program and manufacturer relationships for AmerisourceBergen.
