ThinkLive Trade 2020: going virtual to connect creators and caregivers
Connecting with our manufacturer partners: more than a moment in time
ThinkLive, AmerisourceBergen's annual manufacturer summit, has traditionally taken place as a live event where we connect face-to-face with our manufacturer partners to share business updates and perspective on the ever-changing healthcare industry.
In 2020, our industry faced more dynamic change than ever. Amid COVID-19 precautions, ThinkLive was held as a virtual event for the first time in the event's history. AmerisourceBergen also evolved the design of the conference so that, while October's event focused on the issues that matter to our partners in distribution, trade, and channel management, a second ThinkLive Commercialization event in February will cover the topics that are top of mind for brand teams.
We're inspired by the success of ThinkLive Trade. And the best thing about it being virtual is that the insights don't have to end when the live show wraps. You can still register at ABLive, our proprietary event platform, to see recordings of each day's events and breakout sessions.

The voice of the customer
During this panel discussion featuring leaders who work directly with our pharmacy, health system, and physician practices, we reflected on how each of these sites of care is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and how we're partnering to ensure they can deliver care efficiently and effectively.
"It is important for manufacturers to communicate, collaborate, and to factor in the voice of the customer when finding new solutions. When we collaborate with our manufacturer partners, we believe this is essential to the success of a new program, particularly when it involves uncharted territory like we've been in with COVID."
-Willis Chandler, SVP and President, Health Systems and Specialty Services, AmerisourceBergen
The sophisticated supply chain
At the end of day one, AmerisourceBergen's leading distribution and secure supply chain experts discussed our leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and how we're innovating to ensure ongoing distribution excellence.
