As senior director of quality programs for ION Solutions, Ronda Bowman is responsible for promoting clinical excellence and quality patient care as a leader and advocate within the organization and for all customers. She serves as a champion in the design, implementation and continued development of the company's clinical quality program offering.

Ms.Bowman has gained over 37 years of experience in various healthcare roles, specializing in clinical practice, quality initiatives, and practice business operations. At University Hospital in Cincinnati she focused on implementing standardized oncology nursing practice and quality patient care. She also held an executive leadership role with a national oncology infusion business where she was instrumental in developing its quality care consultative services. For 22 years she was employed by one of the largest community oncology practices in the U.S serving as a clinical and quality leader. Her leadership roles and responsibilities included executive-level nursing and clinical and practice operations.

An oncology certified nurse, Ms. Bowman received a diploma in Nursing from the Jewish Hospital School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Xavier University and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She is a founding team member of what is now the ASCO Quality Oncology Practice Initiative and a frequent presenter on comprehensive oncology practice services, value-based care and continuous quality improvement.
