Eunice Moore brings to her role as managing director for Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions (PHS) more than 11 years of experience in pharmacy leadership with a large safety net hospital. She has overseen various pharmacy operational areas and has been instrumental in leading and implementing multi-departmental projects. As a managing consultant she has provided services to a variety of rural and urban hospital systems. Dr. Moore has led 12 different 340B engagements during her tenure with PHS.

A graduate of Tennessee State University where she earned a BS degree in Chemistry, Dr. Moore also holds an MS degree in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee. She has received Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
