Curt Passafume is System Vice President for Pharmacy Services at Ohio Health, where he also serves as RPD for the organization's HSA programs. His goal is to incorporate the lessons learned over time from both his personal experiences and those of the program leaders and preceptors into actionable learning for residents. Mr. Passafume has focused his practice in the areas of fiscal management, professional development and strategic planning. His professional roles at a number of Fortune 100 organizations have included development manager, regional operations director, and multi-site inpatient director. In these challenging leadership roles, as well as the local professional positions he held early in his career, Mr. Passafume has sought to bring solid application and execution to concepts of a more academic and learning environment. Successfully combining the longstanding layered learning of the OhioHealth programs with successful leadership strategies remains his focus in both his specific rotations and the organization's residency programs overall.

Mr. Passafume is a graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Pharmacal Sciences and also earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
