Tanya Mericle is Director of Business Coaching Operations for AmerisourceBergen. She works closely with a team of analysts to develop content and training for Coaches throughout the country, addressing the changing needs of independent community pharmacies and helping them maximize profit opportunities in their daily operations to ensure their continued success. Tanya joined AmerisourceBergen in 2010 as a Business Coach and was promoted to Director in 2014.

Tanya has more than 14 years of experience across numerous roles in healthcare, including in the pharmaceutical industry and working in contract negotiations and business development for a pharmacy benefit management company.

A graduate of Gonzaga University, Tanya began her career in communications, working with non-profits and a Fortune 500 company to design and implement strategic communication policies, public information guidelines and marketing strategies. Tanya resides in Boise, Idaho.
