Nancy Hoak is Senior Director, Manufacturer Commercialization Strategies. She is a member of the Commercialization Services & Animal Health leadership team, responsible for strategic account management and commercialization strategy development on behalf of the AmerisourceBergen enterprise for specialty and branded products.

Ms. Hoak joined TheraCom in 1997 (which was purchased by AmerisourceBergen in 2011 and merged with Lash Group in 2013) and served in a senior level throughout its expansion and development.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Hoak served in roles that supported operational management, expansion of the specialty pharmacy operations, clinical services, and development of clinical support programs on behalf of manufacturers. She played a key role in business development efforts and participated in the majority of the new program launches. Additionally, Ms. Hoak has served in a consultant capacity to several manufacturers relative to the development and operational execution of fully integrated patient support programs.

Ms. Hoak has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, home infusion focusing on oncology, urology, pain management and infectious disease and rare orphan genetic disease within the specialty pharmacy industry, specifically in the areas of staff development, management and sales.

Ms. Hoak attended Millersville State University and The Reading Hospital School of Nursing and is currently a member of the Infusion Nurses Society and the Pulmonary Hypertension Resource Network. Ms. Hoak has received a certificate in project management from George Mason University.
