Over the course of her career, Ms. Pilcher served in roles that supported operational management, expansion of the specialty pharmacy operations, clinical services, and development of clinical support programs on behalf of manufacturers. She played a key role in business development efforts and participated in the majority of the new program launches. Additionally, Ms. Pilcher has served in a consultant capacity to several manufacturers relative to the development and operational execution of fully integrated patient support programs.
Ms. Pilcher has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, home infusion focusing on oncology, urology, pain management and infectious disease and rare orphan genetic disease within the specialty pharmacy industry, specifically in the areas of staff development, management and sales.
Ms. Pilcher attended Millersville State University and The Reading Hospital School of Nursing and is currently a member of the Infusion Nurses Society and the Pulmonary Hypertension Resource Network. Ms. Pilcher has received a certificate in project management from George Mason University.
