Jim McCaslin joined AmerisourceBergen in 2001, progressing from Account Manager to Business Development Manager, receiving awards and recognition for his commitment to pharmacy solutions. In 2014, Jim became a Business Coach.

His previous experience in pharmacy has provided him with a diverse background to address the changing needs of independent community pharmacies and a passionate focus on their health and success. The last five years he has served as a Board Member for the Northern California Education Foundation providing financial scholarship opportunities to pharmacy students at California Northstate University.

Jim is currently one of the Directors of Business Coaching and has six reports that cover the Western United States. With a BS from California State University Sacramento, Jim began his professional career in manufacturing and distribution. Jim resides in Sacramento, California.
