As director of operations for Pharmacy Healthcare Solutions (PHS), a part of AmerisourceBergen, Amy Flowers consults with health systems on patient assistance programs, pharmacy benefit management, plan design and clinical services.

Ms. Flowers has gained more than 20 years of pharmaceutical management and operational experience and works closely with PHS’s patient assistance services and consulting teams. Her areas of focus include patient assistance programs for health systems, patient access and reimbursement, plan design and clinical services.

Prior to joining PHS, Ms. Flowers worked for a large managed care provider where she provided oversight of client benefits, clinical operations and benefits administration.

Ms. Flowers received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy. She also holds a bachelor of science in biology from Texas Christian University.
