Internship opportunities

A bright, purposeful future

Our internship program will help take your leadership abilities, academic achievement, and business skills to the next level.

The AmerisourceBergen internship program will help students  explore our company and gain hands-on work experience in the healthcare industry and essential skills for the future.

We offer internship opportunities across our business and corporate functions.

Key components of the summer internship experience

  • Industry knowledge: Learn about our role in healthcare, our different business segments, our corporate departments, our partners, and our customers and their patients. Opportunity to explore potential full-time employment upon graduation.
  • Professional development: Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your foundational skills.
  • Leadership and coaching: Interact with leadership to learn about career pathing, elements for success, and advice to help prepare you for your career. Gain valuable insight into building leadership skills for workplace success.
  • Networking: Interns have the opportunity to network formally and informally with leaders and team members across the company, while establishing a network of professional contacts, mentors, and references.
  • Teambuilding: Partner with other interns and team members to develop new professional relationships, give back to the communities we serve, and be part of a team committed to pursuing our purpose of creating healthier futures for humans and animals around the world.
