Registration Information
AmerisourceBergen will coordinate your hotel reservations when you register for the 2007 National Healthcare Conference & Exposition. You have the option of having your room charges billed on your monthly account or applied to your personal credit card upon check out from the hotel.
It is important to register early. Special discounted room rates are available to attendees, but only by registering through AmerisourceBergen's online registration site, the NHCE Coordinator in your local servicing division, or by contacting our call center at 1-866-812-3493.
Hotel reservations made directly through the hotel will not be guaranteed at the special room rate. Special room rates are guaranteed up to 30 days prior to July 11, 2007. Registrations received after June 20, 2007 are subject to space and rate availability.
Important Registration Information:
- There is no registration fee. All continuing education seminars, scheduled meals, events and entertainment are free of charge. Customers are responsible for paying for their hotel rooms, tax, incidentals and airline reservations. Incidentals are to be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout.
- Rooms at Paris Las Vegas Hotel are $133 plus tax for two adults.
- The charge for an additional person in the room (maximum three adults) is $30.
- Children 18 and younger stay free in the same room with their parents, but must use existing bedding. Rollaway beds are not provided in rooms with two queen beds.
- All special room requests (connecting rooms, smoking rooms, etc.) are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Cancellations received within 30 days of the event will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged the price of one room and a $25 cancellation fee.
- AmerisourceBergen reserves the right to substitute a hotel room of similar quality to the hotel rooms at Paris Las Vegas and Bally’s.
Airline reservations
Airline reservations may be secured through AmerisourceBergen's preferred travel agency, World Travel at 1-888-291-2424. Payment must be made at the time of ticketing. Attendees are responsible for reservation and payment of airline tickets.
Transportation from the airport
Public taxis and shuttle van service is available outside the baggage claim area, located on the ground level of the Las Vegas airport. Attendees are responsible for arrangements and payment of transportation to and from the airport.
