Q. I don't have an AmerisourceBergen.com log-in or password. How do I get one? Can I get one on-line? 
 
A. There are three types of customers: 
* Registered AmerisourceBergen.com customer. 
* Current AmerisourceBergen Drug Company customers not registered with AmerisourceBergen.com  
* Non AmerisourceBergen Drug Company customers 
The following instructions will assist you with determining what type of customer you are and the procedures required for gaining access to the AmerisourceBergen.com on-line products and services.  
 
If you are not a current AmerisourceBergen Drug Company customer, but would like to become one, and are a licensed healthcare provider, please complete our new user registration form. An AmerisourceBergen representative will contact you about becoming a customer. 
 
If you are a current AmerisourceBergen Drug customer, but have not registered for your AmerisourceBergen log-in ID and password, please complete the new user registration form, or contact your sales representative for assistance. Once we have validated your account information, you will be issued a user log-in ID and password via email, Fax or telephone. 
 
Registered AmerisourceBergen.com customers can access our on-line services using the customer log-in screen. 
 
Q. I've received my ID & password. How can I find out more about using AmerisourceBergen.com? 
 
A. The on-line help, FAQ's and product demos will give you an overview of the features of the AmerisourceBergen.com portal. If you still have questions, please contact our company webmaster at webmaster@amerisourcebergen.com
 
Q. I forgot my password. Whom do I contact to reset my password? 
 
A. Please call the AmerisourceBergen Customer Service Center nearest you, or contact us via e-mail at webmaster@amerisourcebergen.com.  
 
Q. My account has many people who may want to order using my log-in and user ID. Is that O.K.? Should we each set up our own ID's? 
 
A. Each user is required to set up with his or her own customer-specific user profile.  
 
Q. How safe is it to order using the Internet? 
 
A. The AmerisourceBergen.com ordering system resides on a server that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encryption is the current standard for secure on-line transactions. Your browser should indicate when a secure connection has been achieved (usually by displaying a screen indicating that you are accessing a secure page, or by displaying an icon on your toolbar or at the bottom of your page). Most web browsers today support SSL including Netscape Navigator (v. 4.0 or higher) and Microsoft Internet Explorer (v. 4.0 or higher). 
 
Q. How do I find out what products and services you offer? 
 
A. Simply visit our On-line Products and Services section and view the guided tours. If you have any further questions, please call the AmerisourceBergen Customer Service Center nearest you, or contact us via e-mail at info@amerisourcebergen.com 
 
Q. Does AmerisourceBergen Drug Company provide Internet access for their customers? 
 
A. AmerisourceBergen Drug customers are responsible for establishing their own Internet accounts.  
 
Q. I'm not a computer person; are your products difficult to learn? 
 
A. No, our products are designed from a user's point of view and they employ the latest technology to facilitate the integration of sophisticated features yet remain user-friendly.  
 
Q. How will I know when my account is active? 
 
A. You will be contacted by a customer service representative or account specialist who will validate your user profile information and activate your account.  
 
Q. Will I be able to access all the AmerisourceBergen products and services once my account has been activated? 
 
A. Each product or service has a specific lead-time for set-up and activation. Your customer service representative or account specialist will notify you as each account is activated. Registered customers will have immediate access to our non-fee-based products and services. All on-line fee-based products and services require a separate user log-in and password to gain access.
