Vacation, Holidays and Personal Days
AmerisourceBergen provides vacation days based on your years of service. In addition to vacation time, associates receive company-paid holidays and personal days each year to use at their discretion.

Employee Stock Purchase Program
The Employee Stock Purchase Program is an easy and cost-effective way to build ownership in AmerisourceBergen. Your contributions to the plan are use to buy common stock of AmerisourceBergen at a discounted price.
Eligible associates have access to insurance programs through a vendor partner at discounted group rates. Payment can be made through convenient payroll deduction.
AmerisourceBergen has discount program with several national vendors for associates.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program, which is administered by an outside vendor, offers counseling and assistance to associates and their dependents for a variety of personal and situational life issues.
This program provides financial assistance to eligible associates by reimbursing a portion of school expenses, including tuition, registration and lab fees, up to specified amount. Grade requirements apply and the course(s) must be job related.
National Merit Scholarship Program
High school students of AmerisourceBergen can apply for scholarships through the National Merit Scholarship Program. Awards are made annually to graduating seniors.
